Bellville Methodist Church is vibrant church in central Austin County Texas with active and growing youth and children's ministries.

Job description: The Director of Youth Ministry serves as a spiritual leader and role model for BMC and community youth by developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to youth ministry (grades 6-12). This role involves building relationships with students and parents, leading teams of volunteers, and creating impactful opportunities for students to worship, serve, and grow in their faith through Sunday evening large group worship and teaching, small groups, mid-week gatherings, annual confirmation programs, ministry events, retreats, mission trips and other service opportunities.

Salary range: $50,000-60,000.

College degree is preferred. Must have experience working with youth (preferably in a ministry setting).
