End of Year Harvest Report

In 2026, the Trinity Conference ratified a Strategic Framework with three desired outcomes for our work:

1. Equip every disciple to make disciples
2. Equip every leader to grow and raise up leaders
3. Equip every church to partner in planting

Before you begin, here is the information you will need to gather:

1. Church membership records from 2026, including baptisms and professions of faith.
2. Attendance records for worship in 2026.
3. Discipleship ministry participation records in 2026.
4. End of the Year financial report with total Operating Income for 2026.

We have also produced an optional worksheet that is intended to be a reference only, to let churches see what questions are being asked so they can gather all the relevant information before they start filling out the online form.
