We are seeing a dedicated and passionate Full-Time RedeemerKIDS Director to lead our RedeemerKIDS Ministry at Redeemer Church. The goal of the Redeemer RedeemerKIDS director is to provide spiritual leadership, volunteer leadership, strategic vision, and administrative oversight to RedeemerKIDS, by investing in the spiritual growth of our children 8 weeks - 4th grade; identifying, equipping, and leading volunteers; partnering with parents in the work of discipleship; and working collaboratively with our Redeemer Staff team.
The RedeemerKIDS Director is responsible for
- Program Oversight: Developing, selecting, and implementing age-appropriate curriculum that integrates Christian values and teachings. The director ensures that lessons are engaging, biblically sound, and tailored to the spiritual needs of each age group, from infants to 4th graders.
- Volunteer Management: Recruiting, training, and scheduling RedeemerKIDS volunteers.
- Family Engagement: Building strong relationships with parents, maintaining open and effective communication, and ensuring that parents feel confident in the spiritual and physical care of their children.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other church ministries and participating in staff meetings, as well as meeting regularly with the Family Ministry Director to ensure alignment with overall church goals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- 3+ years experience in children’s ministry or education
- A professing Christian aligned with Redeemer Church values
- Must be available Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings
