Mont Belvieu Methodist Church is called to invite all people into a living relationship with Jesus Christ. The Contemporary Worship Leader will live into this mission by engaging worshippers, creating opportunities for the praise band to grow together, developing praise band and A/V volunteers in worship, and designing worship so that both long-time Christians as well as new, non-religious, and nominally committed people are invited to take their next steps in faith.
