We are seeking an individual to develop, administer, supervise, and lead programs for children, youth, and families in the areas of Christian education, discipleship, mission, and outreach. This is a full-time position with some flexibility based on church needs.

Requirements

·       A college degree is preferred but work experience can be substituted.

·       Must live an active, authentic, and well-grounded Christian faith

and be familiar with Wesleyan theology.

·       Knowledge of the Bible

·       Minimum two years of experience in Children’s, Student, or Family Ministry.

·       Have the relationship and leadership skills necessary to work effectively

with parents, children, youth, volunteers, and staff.

·       Must be passionate about growing parents, children, and youth into

followers of Christ.

·       Full-time, salaried position
