Rosenberg First exists to Love Jesus, Connect with Others, Serve the World, and Reach the Lost. The Director of Worship lives into this mission by engaging worshippers, creating opportunities for the choir and praise band to grow together, developing musicians, A/V, and worship team volunteers, and designing worship so that new, non-religious, and nominally committed people are invited to take their next steps in faith.
