Full-time ministry role responsible for leading FMC’s modern worship ministry, reporting to the Lead Pastor.

• Lead and plan weekly modern worship, Daybreak, Night of Worship, and StudentLife services.
• Lead, schedule, train, recruit, and disciple worship musicians and vocalists.
• Coordinate music, rehearsals, stage/production, and Creative Services.
• Manage the modern worship budget, equipment, licensing, and related resources.
• Collaborate with pastors, staff, and the Traditional Worship Director.
• Support other FMC campuses and ministries as needed.

Ideal candidate: Experienced worship leader/instrumentalist with strong musical, leadership, organizational, theological, and technology skills; preferably 2+ years of church staff/worship leadership experience.

Compensation: $60,000-70,000/year, full-time (40+ hours/week including Sundays).
