The Mother's Day Out Program at Caldwell Methodist Church exists to provide a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment where young children can learn, play, and grow while supporting families in our community. We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and faith-filled leader to oversee our program and continue building a culture of excellence in early childhood education and Christian care.

Position Summary

The Mother's Day Out Associate Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and daily operation of the Mother's Day Out Program. This individual will provide leadership to staff, build strong relationships with families, ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, and promote a nurturing environment where children experience the love of Christ each day.

The Associate Director will work closely with the Children’s Director while leading the program with professionalism, integrity, and a servant's heart. 20 hours per week.

Ministry & Mission

• Model Christian values in all interactions with children, families, staff, and church members. Including but not limited to speech, music, lessons, and activities.
• Support the mission and ministries of Caldwell Methodist Church.
• Encourage an atmosphere where children experience God's love through daily care, kindness, prayer, Bible stories, worship, and Christ-centered learning.
• Participate in church events and family ministries as appropriate.
