For this full-time position reporting to the Sr. Pastor, we are seeking an inspired leader competent  in multiple music and worship styles to lead all aspects of music and worship. Will coach and shepherd the ministry team to fully engage/prepare congregants to enjoy a richly spiritual  worship service. Will lead with an instrument, keyboard/piano skills a plus. The position calls for a leader rooted in a real love for all and a heart to help grow a relatively new church.  Will have additional responsibilities to work closely with the Sr Pastor to perform a variety of pastoral responsibilities in the life of the church, initially emphasizing the development, nourishment and sustainable support of new and present ministries.
