Full-time ministry leadership role responsible for leading FMC’s traditional worship ministry, reporting to the Lead Pastor.

• Lead traditional worship services, choirs, ensembles, and musicians.
• Plan worship with the Lead Pastor around Scripture, sermons, and the church calendar. Recruit, train, disciple, and develop volunteers and musicians.
• Oversee rehearsals, scheduling, special services, budget, music resources, and licensing.
• Collaborate with the Modern Worship Director and other church staff to support one unified church mission.
• Maintain musical excellence while keeping worship centered on Christ, discipleship, and congregational participation.

Ideal candidate: Experienced traditional worship/music leader with strong conducting, leadership, organizational, and relational skills.

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000/year, full-time (40+ hours/week including Sundays).
