First Methodist Conroe (FMC) is committed to helping students and families grow in their faith through dynamic, Christ-centered ministry. Our Student Ministry, known as studentLIFE, is a cornerstone of FMC’s mission and identity. The Student Ministry Director will lead programming for students in grades 6–12, fostering an authentic and lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ. This role involves building relationships with students and parents, leading teams of volunteers, and creating impactful opportunities for students to worship, serve, and grow in their faith through Sunday evening large group worship and teaching, small groups,  mid-week gatherings, annual confirmation programs, ministry events, retreats, mission trips and other service opportunities.
