We are seeking an individual to create and guide spiritual programs for youth in 7th-12th grade. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

·       A college degree is preferred but work experience can be substituted.

·       Must live an active, authentic, and well-grounded Christian faith

and be familiar with Wesleyan theology.

·       Knowledge of the Bible

·       Prefer 4 years of experience working with youth (preferably in a

       ministry setting)

·       Have the relationship and leadership skills necessary to work effectively

with youth and their parents/guardians.

·       Must be willing to be active in the community, in schools, and other areas where youth and their families are involved.

Compensation

·       Part-time, salaried position

·       Insurance, retirement, and paid time off benefits available

·       Training/Continuing Education, as approved by the SPRC
